Our backbone DMAIC simulations (covering Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) are used as exercises in our core training classes, but can also be licensed separately for companies that wish to enhance their existing training

Rapid Jet Simulation

In this simulation, participants run (and improve) a fictional private jet company, called Rapid Jet. After two straight years of growth, Rapid Jet posted its first quarter of revenue loss and the CEO needs your team to help solve the problem and return Rapid Jet to profitability. Teams will participate in three rounds of the hands-on simulation, and in between rounds they will learn and apply Lean Six Sigma methods to improve the process. Can they do it? The simulation take four hours to run, with as few as eight participants (no maximum).

Whether your travel is for business or pleasure, to a neighboring city or around the world , Rapid Jet is the perfect solution for your next charter flight!

Rapid Care Simulation

In this simulation, participants operate (and improve) a fictional emergency care unit for Big Country General Hospital. Rapid Care provides high quality, critical, emergent and urgent care in Big County, and demand has been increasing due to population growth in the area. Unfortunately, budget increases have not kept up with demand for care and the hospital administrator is asking your team to help. Teams will participate in three rounds of the hands-on simulation, and in between rounds they will learn and apply Lean Six Sigma methods to improve the process. The simulation take four hours to run, with as few as eight participants (no maximum).

Simulation Kits

Licensing for our simulation includes all the hardware and software required to run a simulation, as well as instructions how to replace all the reusable and one-time components of the kit. RCI sells replacement kits with everything needed to run the simulation, to any of the customers that own the license to the simulation.
