RCI Curriculum

The learning pyramid below (adapted from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science) shows that when we practice by doing or immediately use something we just learned, we retain it.

Curriculum that is used in all of our training has a range of 30% to 70% exercises and simulations, including exercises to start working on the student projects in class. The topics are based on a balanced DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) toolset from lean, six sigma, project management and change management. Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt curriculum requires Minitab Inc.’s statistical analysis software, which is purchased separately from Minitab.
